For Leaders

Leading with Influence and Action: This extended leadership immersion journey develops leadership traits that foster a culture of engagement, trust, and connection. The program equips participants with practical skills to give effective feedback, evaluate with clarity and kindness, and lead with influence and authority. By exploring leadership competencies, participants gain insights into how leadership presence shapes organizational culture and impacts both direct reports and senior leaders.

The journey includes optional learning circles for deeper exploration and optional peer and individual coaching to reinforce new skills. These flexible coaching opportunities ensure that leadership practices are both meaningful and actionable, allowing participants to tailor the experience to their personal and professional development needs.  Sessions: 2 hrs over a series of 4 courses. 

Compassionate Leadership: Inspiring Connection and Growth:  Ideal for leadership teams and people managers, this session focuses on leading with empathy and stability, especially during challenging times. Participants explore how stress impacts the brain, how identity shapes responses, and how to use seven key strategies to maintain clarity and care. The goal is to develop compassionate leadership that inspires resilience and well-being. Session length: 2 hours

For Teams

Mastering High-Performing Teams: This hands-on workshop helps intact teams enhance collaboration, communication, and performance. Through interactive exercises, teams explore what drives excellence, practice navigating conflict, and build trust, ownership, and accountability. Perfect for teams aiming to elevate how they work together. Session length: 3.5 hours (in person only)

Enhancing Psychological Safety in Your Team:  This in-depth session is designed for teams looking to build a culture of trust and open communication. Drawing on Dr. Timothy R. Clark’s 4 Stages of Psychological Safety, participants engage in reflective exercises and skill-building to foster environments where team members feel seen, heard, and valued. Session length options: 90 minutes to 4 hours

Working Across Generations: Building Stronger Intergenerational Teams:  In a multi-generational workplace, understanding differences is key to building cohesive teams. This energizing session helps teams unpack generational values, communication styles, and common misconceptions, using practical tools to foster trust and alignment across age-diverse groups. Session length options: 60 to 120 minutes

For Everyone

Emotional Intelligence in Action:  This reflective, skills-based session helps individual contributors recognize emotional patterns and respond intentionally. Participants learn to strengthen communication, especially under stress, fostering better interactions and more resilient relationships. Session length options: 1 to 2 hours

Strengthening Your Intercultural Capabilities:  Designed for individuals seeking to improve communication across cultural boundaries, this interactive session introduces the “3 Be’s” framework—Be Aware, Be Curious, Be Open. Participants gain practical skills to foster mutual respect and collaboration in diverse environments. Session length options:  1 to 3 hours

Mentoring for Success:  Ideal for mentors and peer coaching groups, this session uses the PAR framework (Power, Advancement, Relationship) to explore identity-aware mentoring practices. Participants gain strategies to build meaningful, supportive mentorships that recognize and respect diversity. Session length: 2 hours

Train-the-Trainer Programs 

Dailey Innovations is uniquely equipped to train a select group of individuals in your organization to competently facilitate our programs.  We successfully conducted a train-the-trainer program for over 150 trainers nationwide, tailored to meet the needs of an audience of over 10,000 people. This program ensured consistency and excellence in training delivery across diverse teams and locations, receiving highly positive feedback.

During our train-the-trainer (TTT) program, your facilitators will experience the unique benefits of a supportive learning culture where authenticity, curiosity, and risk-taking are welcomed.  The objective of the TTT will be to ensure the facilitators can competently facilitate the identified program while also having a personal ‘ah ha’ moment that supports them in their own journey of discovery.

We focus on developing participants in the following facilitation competencies during the TTT: 

  • Executive function: leading and managing the training container.
  • Meaning attribution: tailoring content to the participants’ lived experience.
  • Emotional stimulation: maintaining participant engagement throughout the course.
  • Caring: communication of unconditional regard for the participants.
