Using the 4 Functions of Group Leadership, participants explore their strengths and practice resetting classroom energy to keep learning and connection strong.

Grounded in Dr. Kristin Neff’s Self-Compassion Framework, this session builds practical skills for managing stress, strengthening relationships, and modeling healthy coping for students.

Through Playback Theatre practices, educators cultivate empathy, presence, and attunement—developing leadership skills that foster trust and stability during moments of challenge.
