Individual Coaching
We provide highly-qualified coaches who will partner with you and your team to lay the foundation for greater impact in your organization. Components of the individual program include:
Program Kickoff – we introduce our coaching approach and process, explain the philosophy of change, and secure a mutual commitment from everyone involved.
Assessment and Alignment – we collect quantitative and qualitative data from stakeholder interviews, research-based assessments, and other sources to develop clear and achievable coaching goals that are aligned with the organization’s mission.
Individualized Coaching – we meet with our coaching clients over a specified number of sessions to support them as they meet their agreed-upon objectives.
Closure – we conclude the program by assessing impact and discussing sustainability strategies.
Peer Coaching
Enhance your team’s collaboration, shared knowledge, diverse perspectives, and learning by implementing our peer coaching program. Team members will receive personalized feedback, skill development, and improved communication which research shows increases employee engagement and performance.
Team members will be able to demonstrate peer coaching skills using research-based models to help them ask the right questions, engage in active listening, and provide proper feedback in peer coaching sessions.
